Hello, I’m the founder of AL Fitness, a woman who has walked the tightrope between personal ambitions and the demands of motherhood. My fitness journey began in a place of uncertainty and struggle, but through perseverance, I transformed my life. Today, as a mom of two and a fitness trainer, my goal is to inspire and empower women and mothers to prioritize their well-being, crafting a lifestyle that blends health, happiness, and balance.

Your April Laugh program is personalised and updated monthly as well as designed specifically for YOUR goals. You can train at Home, wherever you feel comfortable.
You can also be confident in the fact that you are performing the exercises correctly as I will provide demonstrations for each exercise. With my past experience as well as knowledge of what exercises work best for each person’s preference, I will make sure your April Laugh program is allowing you to optimise your potential for each home session.
I will let you know what rep ranges and sets to conduct each exercise in, so that you are not spending too much time working out but more so optimising each exercise with less volume. It doesn't matter if you are at a beginner or advanced level, there is something for everyone! If you are new mum or busy professional with less time we have a program for you!

Let me know what your food preferences or allergies are if you have any and I will make sure you receive a meal plan that you love! With my experience and knowledge, I will design your April Laugh meal plan with delicious recipes so that you never get bored of eating the same foods on a daily basis again!
I know that calculating macronutrients and calories can be very complex at times, so leave that up to me! You just trust in the process and get results by staying consistent and patient!
I provide a shopping list, so you will know exactly what to get at the supermarket as well as the convenience of having the shopping list on your Mobile device.

Yes you can acheive your goals as a breastfeeding Mum as I have designed a breastfeeding meal plan tailored to you.
Your program is available through my website on the members area section after you have purchased. Choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and I will start putting together your personalized program!
Yes, the reason I have chose to do this is so you can continue your progress as maintenance is so important. You have the option of a monthly based program or annual. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from myself and my team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.

Yes! My programs are entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to working out I’ve got your back with your very own personalized program. Chose weights that are light for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.
No, each month is different. This will involve an increase weight, change of exercises and changes in your meal plan that is constantly updated. It’s all about progress and maintenance.
My current 1-1 programs and group coaching sessions can be pricey and limit the number of people I can reach, which is a bummer because I believe fitness should be accessible to everyone, whether you're a student or a stay-at-home mom!
